Personal Lines Positions:

Renewal Broker

Provide service excellence to our personal lines clients by conducting portfolio reviews, preparing recommendations regarding coverage, risk assessment, cross selling, up-selling, and remarking risks in an effort to retain all personal lines customers.

Qualifications:

  • RIBO License
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in personal lines
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent computer knowledge and efficiencies (ability to multi-task is a must!)
  • Effective Team player with a strong work ethic

Sales

Sell insurance products for the brokerage through inbound and outbound initiatives, Underwrite a risk and identify if it is profitable business for the brokerage and insurance company

Qualifications:

  • RIBO or OTL Licensed (or willingness to work towards your licence to launch your career!)
  • A proven track record of sales excellence- minimum of 1 year experience in personal lines insurance sales.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent computer knowledge and efficiencies (ability to multi-task is a must!)
  • Effective Team player with a strong work ethic

Service Broker

Provide service excellence to our personal lines clients by assessing risk exposures, providing recommendations, claims advice, capturing new business wins from many sources, and cross-selling and up-selling.

Qualifications:

  • Effective Team player with a strong work ethic
  • Dedicated client focus and superior client service skills
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent computer knowledge and efficiencies (ability to multi-task is a must!)
  • Accurate Risk Selection and Successful Execution of “Front Line” underwriting criteria
  • RIBO or OTL Licence required. CIP and CAIB designations are assets, and part of your development path

A minimum of one to three years of progressively challenging Personal Lines experience, ideally as a Broker working with multiple insurers and diverse coverage products

Quality & Training Coach

Promote higher standards of quality throughout the organization by improving the overall performance of our team, the efficiencies of the organization and to identify training opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • RIBO licence or willingness to obtain
  • Preferably five to seven years’ experience in the P&C insurance industry
  • Previous Leadership experience, in a coaching/educational role
  • The ability and willingness to travel to multiple offices as needed
  • Experience with conflict resolution and dealing with difficult people
  • Good Interpersonal skills and a positive outlook
  • Ability to work with different personality types

Technical Service Representative

A great way to start your career path in insurance. Manage, administer and process back-end support for sales, quality assurance and service departments.

Qualifications:

  • Industry knowledge is an asset
  • Secondary and post-secondary completion
  • RIBO licence or willingness to work towards
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent computer knowledge and efficiencies (ability to multi-task is a must!)
